Camp Check-out

Dismissal Times

Six-day camps will dismiss on Friday at 2:00pm. Half-week camps will dismiss on Tuesday or Friday at 2:00pm. Special interest camps may vary a little in their check-in or check-out times. If so, a separate sheet with added information will be sent in your confirmation packet.

Pick-up Locations

For Conference Camps go to your child's cottage and check them out with the counselor. For Rustic and Deer Run Camps go to the patio of Oak Lodge and check them out with their counselor.

Pick-up Authorization Form Required

Children will be released to the adult on the Camper Pick-Up Authorization form. Bring the form to camp on opening day. Every camper needs a completed form, even those being picked up by parents. The person picking up camper will need to present a photo ID, such as a drivers license.

Lost and Found

Please help your camper collect all their belongings. DuBois Center is not responsible for personal items. Staff will make every effort to find the owners of lost and found stuff. Articles left at camp can be claimed by calling our office and arranging to pick up items at camp or pay for shipping. Unclaimed items are given to charitable organizations after October 1st.
