2024 Fall Festival

This year's Fall Festival will take place on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our Fall Festival is always the first Sunday in October and runs from 11 am to 5 pm. The festival is open to the public and free to enter – parking is free as well. Activities and food are available for an affordable price.

At our event, you will find crafts, live music, kids’ activities, delicious food, and more. It’s a family-friendly event, so all ages are welcome. Younger guests will enjoy our Kids Korner featuring crafts and games, or any one of our numerous activities around the grounds. Ride a horse, take a cruise on the pontoon boat, or tour DuBois Center via hay wagon.

Crafter & Maker Information

This is an outdoor event where spaces are on grass or gravel and may be nestled between trees. It is your responsibility to come prepared for rain and/or wind.

Products for Sale

Our Fall Festival is an exhibition for those who make and sell crafts and other handmade items. We emphasize the handmade aspect of items offered for sale and ask that the majority of items available for purchase (at least 75%) are handmade.
Prohibited Items & Vendor Types:
  • No direct sales vendor--i.e. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One...
  • No Baked goods--i.e.: pies, cakes, cookies, brownies..

Space Options: Booth OR Table

Spaces will be assigned based on the needs of the Crafter/Maker (as noted in your application), the available spaces, and the type of craft/product sold. The location and size of each space are determined by the DuBois Center Fall Festival Committee and are not negotiable. Assignments and a grounds map will be emailed the Monday before the event.

Demonstrating ONLY: We do not charge a fee for exhibitors who demonstrate crafting techniques and DO NOT sell products, If you plan on demonstrating only, please email fallfestival@duboiscenter.org.

Booths

Each booth space is roughly 12ft x 12ft and crafters/makers may request multiple adjoining spaces. Prices for 1, 2, or 3 spaces:
  • 1 booth = $55
  • 2 booths = $80
  • 3 booths = $115

Table Only

We offer a smaller option for those who may not need a booth. The Table Option features an 8-foot table with 2 chairs. This area is near the office building and next to the tram drop-off.

Set Up Information

Crafters/Makers will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, tarps, extension cords, etc. DuBois Center will provide the space plus electricity (if requested and available).
