DuBois on Broadway 2.0

Enjoy an evening of great food, wonderful company and exciting performances – all in the name of DuBois Center!

On Friday, May 12, the second DuBois on Broadway Gala will take place at the Four Points by Sheraton Conference Center in Fairview Heights, IL. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and the meal will be served at 6:30. At 7:30, guests will be treated to a variety of Broadway-style acts. There will also be silent auction items available for purchase.

All proceeds will benefit DuBois Center, so come on out for an evening of entertainment and show your support. More information on how to purchase tickets will be posted at a later date.

Wrangle & Ride

Corral your friends for a full day of horsin’ around! Those ages 12 and older are invited to join us for grooming, tacking, riding and horse-related crafts and games. Lunch is included!

Sunday Funday

Escape to DuBois Center for an afternoon of family-friendly fun! Everyone is welcome to experience all there is to do at DuBois Center. Future and potential campers are also invited to meet camp leaders, learn more about summer camp adventures and ask questions at Summer Camp Orientation. Lunch will be served for those who wish to join us, or you can even bring your own picnic lunch or snack.

Activities and Tours – Free – 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Take a stroll around camp, experience arena horse rides, cruise on the pontoon boat (weather permitting) and more.

Summer Camp Orientation – Free – 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Lunch Served in Oak Lodge – $11 Adult (ages 13+), $6.50 child (ages 5-12), Ages 4 & Under free – Noon – 2:00 p.m.

Father – Son Retreat

Join us for a weekend of “fellow”ship, faith-filled fun and good food! Sons, fathers, nephews, uncles, grandfathers and friends of all ages are welcome to spend time together fishing, hiking, boating and more. We’ll share in vespers, make cool wood crafts and work on archery skills. Horseback riding is also available for an additional fee. Lodging is in the cottages in main camp.

Help us spruce up the grounds for the busy spring and summer seasons. Projects vary, depending on weather and the skills of the workers, but could include raking, carpentry, painting, cleaning and more. Anything and everything makes a huge difference!

Lunch and general supplies are provided. To reserve your space, call ahead at 618-787-2202, and let us know about the size of your group as well as any special skills.

ISC Festival of Faith

The Festival of Faith 2017 is an event for 6th-8th graders and their chaperones. It will take place on February 18-19 (Saturday & Sunday) at DuBois Center. We welcome Jay Tyson from St Paul UCC Waterloo as the event’s new leader and thank him for taking on this exciting, but challenging, responsibility!

Bunco Night

Join Region 2 for an evening of fun and fellowship. This fun, somewhat frenzied dice game is so easy to learn, anyone can play! Gather the family, some friends and your youth group. Doors open at St. Paul UCC in Columbia at 6:30 pm on Saturday, February 4; the game begins at 7 pm. Just $10 per person covers the cost to play… and there’s more! A 50/50 drawing and silent auction with a variety of fun items will round out the evening. Snacks and soda will be available for purchase.
