Fun. Food. Games. Contest. Music. Meet & Greet.
Roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Play 9-Square. Meet some horses. And check out Middle and High School summer camp options.
Preregistration is a must – we don’t want to run out of food! Individuals and groups must be accompanied by adult chaperones.
Join the team and make a difference! Removing invasive species, such as Japanese honeysuckle, is the priority for the day. Invasives are insidious – “choking out” native plants and affecting tree reproduction essential for healthy forests. This is a great opportunity to move those muscles and meet and work with others who care about the environment. We’ll work to rescue wildlife habitat, support native plant populations and help ensure the future of DuBois Center’s wonderful woodlands.
No special skills are needed. Dress for the weather – layers recommended – and bring lopping shears if you have them. Minimum Age: 16, unless accompanied by a parent. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by MONDAY, APRIL 22. For more information or to sign up, contact DuBois Center at dcinfo@DuBoisCenter.org or 618-787-2202.
Get a little dirty, stretch your muscles and make a difference!
Help spruce up the grounds for our busy spring and summer seasons. Projects vary, depending on the weather, current priorities and the skills of the workers. Carpentry, cleaning, painting, raking, power washing and brush removal are top of our list. Whatever tools and professional equipment you can bring will be greatly appreciated!
Youth & adult fellowship groups, families, individuals… we need you!
Lunch and general supplies are provided. CALL AHEAD to reserve your place. Also let us know about any group members with special skills.
Join Pastor RJ Morgan, DuBois Center staff, family and friends for a weekend of fishing, hiking, boating and hanging out together. We’ll share in vespers, make cool crafts and work on our archery skills. Horseback riding is available for an additional fee. (Note: families participate together.)
For program questions, contact the camp office at dcinfo@DuBoisCenter.org or 618.787.2202.
